About Audrey
Most agents' service ends at the closing table. Mine doesn't. I've helped clients find a contractor, move furniture, and handle a final walkthrough when they couldn't fly in themselves — and I still hear from people, and answer, years after their sale closes. A good number of my clients buy and sell from a distance: Ohio, New York, Colorado, Canada, and beyond. One couple bought their vacation home on a one-week trip and, ten years later, sold that same home without ever needing to be here for either transaction.
For those closer to home, I bring that same hands-on approach to the Englewood and Venice markets I know inside and out — from historic coastal neighborhoods to modern waterfront homes. Every client is the only client, even when I'm juggling a dozen at once. My goal is to make your journey through the Florida coast as seamless as the water, from the first showing to long after closing.
